The Firm

Our firm consists of three lawyers, Grant Morain, Brian Buckelew, and Paul Allmon. We take a personal interest in each of our clients and in his/her case. We get to know you and your family, so that we can most effectively present your case to a judge or jury.

We have spent nearly 65+ collective years handling cases involving complex personal injury and workers compensation claims and representing clients who have suffered the wrongful death of a loved one.

Dedicated to upholding the highest standards, we pride ourselves on honesty, professionalism, and kindness in every interaction. Our knowledgeable team goes above and beyond, ensuring that we don't just handle cases but create lasting relationships. We approach each case with care, working towards a good settlement for our clients.

Our philosophy is simple and effective – resolve disputes amicably and promptly when possible, but be prepared to fight aggressively on behalf of clients…up to and including a court battle…when corporations and insurance companies refuse to do the right thing.

Nothing can fully compensate people for their injuries and losses, which often have devastating effects on all aspects of their lives. But where there has been negligence by third parties, they should be held accountable and take responsibility for their actions. Likewise, employers should be held accountable under the laws of the state for providing appropriate benefits under the Workers Compensation Act. Compensation should aim to rehabilitate the injured victim and assist them in buying the care needed to enable them to try to restore their quality of life.

We prepare each case thoroughly with the assumption that it will proceed to trial. Recognizing this preparation, insurance companies are more likely to offer a fair settlement prior to trial. In the event settlement is not possible, proper and full case preparation ensures a timely resolution without undue delay.
